Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to assist our sales team with a proven experience in FMCG field in Gulf. It is a key role linking the front and back office of the company.
• Fluent English is a Must
• Arabic is highly regarded
• Any Nationalities candidates can apply
• UAE Experience is an advantage
Responsibilities and Duties
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our services
• Answer questions about the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor Degree Preferred
• Proven Sales Experience
• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
• Good knowledge of MS OFFICE
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Excellent knowledge of business English,
• Written and verbal
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered to handle competitive environment and keen on achieving monthly target
