We required admin for our company on urgent basis. Job Duties are mentioned below:
Duties & Responsibilities:
• In accordance with the instructions of the Facilities Engineer /Soft services manager / Assistant facilities Manager / Facilities Manager or Operational in charge, the Administrator gathers data and performs research into historical records of work activities, expense items and purchasing. This input is required to assist in the preparation of plans and budgets. This is required for the day to day site operations.
• Assist in preparation of monthly report for the QS/AFM / FM. He/she should prepare monthly report by 5th day of every month and update it in the web page portal.
• Updating the company Linked in profile and social media page creation and continual updates and linkages and add share and share and track updates and records for the organization
• Coordinator must be coordinating and review and update the daily attendance and comply to the daily attendance sheet from the supervisors and engineers.
• The inputs verified by the site in-charges has to be comprehended and document control for the site is an effective duty and responsibility for the site.
• All site related files to be uploaded and archived and controlled by the site administrators
• Prepares Purchase Requests for approval of the AFM/FM and processing through Purchasing and Senior QS.
• Monitors requisition of goods from purchase through liaison with store man. For FMS, the responsibility of stores is with the IT/Controls Coordinator.
• Monitors adherence to reporting and other procedural requirements.
• Coordinates the regular flow of information between the Technical Services and the Accounts Department, the Purchasing Department, as well as other departments.
• Regular communication and effective team communication has to be accomplished by the site administrators to ensure effective duties are accomplished in line with the KPI& SLA’s that are supposed to be adhered for service delivery.
• For Store room where storekeepers are not present, administrator is responsible for store keeping and related reports.
• Ensuring all the details relevant for the site Cost versus revenue Monthly output tracker are integrated as per the company policy in line with the time frames of the company internal process.
• Office and document related support to be rendered to the site team in line with the contract delivery.

We’ve established that using resume keywords throughout your application boosts your chances of a human hiring manager seeing it.
However, be careful not to overdo it.
Packing your resume full of keywords is almost as bad as not including any at all.
Don’t forget that a real person will (hopefully) see your resume at some point. So use natural language that engages that person.
Tip
Make sure you balance hard skills vs soft skills on your resume to show you’re a rounded candidate.
Otherwise, they’ll think you’re either a bad writer — which indicates your communication skills aren’t good — or assume you’re trying to beat the ATS, making you seem dishonest.

 

Hidden Keywords
This is a sneakier trick some applicants use. It involves copy-pasting a keyword several times, but applying a white font so that the keywords are invisible.
But because the ATS scans all words despite their color, it counts all instances of a keyword. For example, a resume might contain five “invisible” instances of the keyword “business analysis” but only three “visible” ones. The “Find” tool can reveal where invisible keywords are:

Invisible keywords are used by some candidates.
The ATS counts all eight instances though, and “ranks” that resume higher.
However, since most ATS software lets the hiring manager see a plain text version of the resume, “hidden” keywords appear, and they’ll see your trick.
The result? You’ll come across as untrustworthy, and not worth hiring.
