Bachelors degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent. 6 years industry experience covering pre-qualification, assessment and performance monitoring of suppliers. Good exposure to plant equipment, engineering materials, engineering / construction, contracting and consultancy services relevant to the oil / gas or petrochemical industry. Good computer skills including the utilization of computerized maintenance and materials management systems (such as Maximo,Oracle, SAP, etc.).
