Job description:
-Manage the quality checking of reports for existing projects.
-Checking the quality of the reports that were submitted by the shoppers.
-Listening and reviewing the audio of the visit to verify the report submitted by shopper prior to submission of reports.
-Proofread reports and ensure no fraud and contradictions.
-Contact the shoppers to get the full information and clarify his/her responses in the report.
-Recommend rejection of report if need be.
-Translating of scripts and reports.
-Answer incoming calls when needed.
-Set up a plan to manage the tasks and submit the report before the due date.
