Overall control and coordinate all labour camp related activities within the camp premises acting as a facilitator to workers and administration and service provider and maintenance issues and monitoring the camp facilities and utilization.
KEY RESULT AREAS/MAJOR ACTIVITIES:-
• Entering the new arrivals workman in the camp premises, immediate collect the personal details data, and do other formality works.
• Any manpower transfer coming from other destination, collect the manpower transfer note or confirmation from concern sites HR personals.
• Tool box talk given to new arrivals workers and issue the necessary basic furniture and allotted the rooms.
• Close monitor the workman behaviorally performance and monitor his work attendance.
• Ensure First aid and proactive/ immediate medical attention to employees at Labour accommodation.
• Seasonal disease (Chickenpox) workers to be isolated from other workers and monitor their health and necessary help to be done.
• Daily Monitoring the Overall camp cleanliness and maintenance in the labour camp premises.
• Strive for continuous improvement of satisfaction of employees residing in the accommodation.
• Ensuring enough accommodation space is available to accommodate all employees both existing and new and report to concern department in charge.
• Complete all necessary arrangements, documentation and statutory compliance including required certifications/inspections, in the accommodation.
• Follow the Municipality compliance and doing the necessary works (Pest control, Water tank cleaning and Waste Skip removal and Gas tank maintenance and grease trap cleaning).
• Ensuring safety and security of employees living in company labour accommodation.
• Provide necessary assistance to HRAD team as and when required.
