Senior Projects Manager / Area Manager:
The Ideal Candidate shall have minimum 20 years of total experience in civil construction and at least 15 years of experience in UAE/GCC working on a High Rise Building or in similar projects with reputed Construction Company previously.
The Ideal Candidate should be well versed with Local & Federal Authority Rules and Regulations and Civil Engineering Codes as well.
The Ideal Candidate should have good knowledge in FIDIC and Contracts Management, should able to coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and all others stake holders.
