• Attendance and Employee Leave Management
• Employee Engagement Activities
• Employee Exit formalities
• Employee Relations
• Support HR Manager in all Admin related activities.
• Support HR Manager in project activities
• Training
• Any other responsibilities as and when required for the organization.
Additional Skills Required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in handling HR & Admin for more than 4 years
• Experience in HR in UAE for minimum 2 years
• Should have computer skills
• Knowledge in all UAE labor laws.
