Job Descriptions : Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the
Region and new Dubai Branch Office. Main Activities Receive, direct and replay telephone messages and fax messages. And forward to the concern department in TORQUE Offices. • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence record.
• Maintain Log Book – Office Arrivals / Departure (Employee – Guests).
• Web site management and brochures preparation maintaining company
Prequalification documents.
• Able to put daily Alerts / news update on Company Website as instructed.
• Online Registration with Clients in all over UAE / follow-up.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of normal office department.
• Respond to Head office and Branch office inquiries / coordination.
• Provide word-processing and secretarial support.
