Project Manager

• Coordinating with contractors, designers, and client representatives
• Project planning
• Resource planning
• Taking Permits from Govt. Authorities
• Handling site inspections
• Executing and completing major works in accordance with client requirements.
• Able to manage, organize and present different projects at the same time
• Manage the complete project from scratch up to site hand-over
• Prepare the project timeline. Check for sub-contractors, capable to complete the job as required.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop project budgets and fiscal control, contract, quality control / safety provisions and perform cost estimating and value engineering.
• Monitor actual progress on site.
• Liaise with client representatives & designers
• Conduct a daily quality visit on all site to ensure adherence to quality health & safety regulations
• Visit and supervise the site regularly.
• Attend to all technical and engineering problems
• Snags the work on weekly basis
• Evaluate and certify invoices received from contractors
• Provide accurate information on completed jobs by 3rd parties
• Monitor variations of BOQ
• Prepare performance evaluation
• Dealing with Engineers, Architects, Contractors, for technical issue and concerns
• Coordinate with all the sub-contractors and providing them work schedule for each project and scope of works
• Oversee quality control, health, and safety matters on site.
• Arranging samples from suppliers considering quality budget as well.
• Attend site meetings
• To follow company’s rules & regulations
• To follow company and department process/system
• Prepare a daily site progress report to show with the management and team.
• Prepare for each contractor / supplier progress site sheet to share with procurement and accounts for payment purpose.
• To make sure that contracts have signed and agreed on company’s LOI for proceeding with LPO along with approval of Head of Projects/ The Management.
