Sales Manager

We have an excellent job opening for the Sales Manager – Watches for a multinational watches manufacturing company in Dubai. You will be responsible for ME & Africa, Levant Iran.
Purpose of the position:
• Promotes and directs the sale of specific products such as Timepiece in a designated territory by performing the duties and responsibilities set forth below.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develops and maintains relationships with customers through on-site visits throughout designated territory; pursues new opportunities and avenues of distribution; works with buyers to affect updates in current sales and marketing strategies.
• Provides specialized product knowledge and conducts field demonstrations, training and presentations to sales executives, key customers, etc.
• Manages samples and product loan accounts, recording and documenting the status of all products within the assigned territory.
• Enhances overall sales and marketing efforts by reporting on market trends, market feedback, and competitors’ efforts; assists in making recommendations for new product development.
• Achieves the annual/semi-annual/quarterly sales volume target assigned to the territory. Occasionally other targets may be assigned that must also be achieved (i.e., profit, specific customers, specific models, etc.).
• Manages to collaborate with customers to get them maximize sales, profits, and service; educates, trains, and updates customers on current programs, product availability, etc.
• Responsible for staying within the assigned travel, entertainment, and communication budget for the territory assigned. Corporate and divisional policies must be followed regarding lodging/hotel accommodations, airfare, meals, entertainment, etc.
• Frequently communicates with the divisional sales manager and the appropriate personnel and to keep abreast of divisional goals and objectives.
• Develops and constructs reports on marketing plans, market information, and competitive analysis; tracks sell through and return of product from the customers’ accounts to customers, which shall also mean the customers’ purchase, sales and inventory updated.
Nationality : Any Arabic national (sorry No Syrians and Palestinians)
Should have Regional Experience in watches and Electronics.
