For a well established group of company looking for Department Coordinator cum Secretary for Real Estate department in their office in Burdubai. The ideal candidate (Female - Indian / Filipino) MUST have prior 3-5 years of UAE working experience as coordinator / leasing executive in Property developer / management companies, MUST have EXCELLENT skills in MS Office(Word, Excel, Power point),Knowledge in SAP, Job responsibilities include Check tenancy contracts provided by leasing agency against details approved by the company, Make photocopies of tenancy contracts, cheques and forward to Accounts, Prepare Ejari tenancy contracts in RERA system, Enter the tenancy contracts in SAP system , Prepare monthly presentation report, Prepare Local Purchase Order in SAP for service providers, material procurement, Prepare service GRN’s for payment etc. candidates MUST HAVE excellent knowledge with above mentioned responsibilities. Salary AED 4,000 - AED 4,500, timing 8.AM-6 PM(Sunday - Thursday).
