Estimator Functions
Preparation of Tender and Project Quotations as per BOQ, AutoCad layout and item specification sheets.
Evaluation of tenders and BOQ.
Review contract and commercial terms and risks.
Preparing Cost Sheet of industrial kitchen equipment which includes freight and other related expenses.
Preparation of material submittal for tender/project submission.
Preparation of electronic copy of the tender documents.
Assisting the Sales Team in preparing Item cut sheets.
Build relationship with customers, consultants and vendors.
Co-ordinate all tendering functions to ensure good liaison and co-operation between internal departments.
Preparation of extension of time and variation estimation.
Handover of approved final cost estimation along with all relevant drawings etc to Execution team.
Coordinate with Project Execution team and commercial for monitoring costs, preparation of estimation for variation works, valuations and claims.

Procurement Functions:
Sourcing of suppliers in line with the Tender.
Request and receive quotations from vendors and ensure the quote is in line with specifications and send to the technical team for evaluation.
Preparing final list of equipment subject for procurement.
Providing Purchase requests to Accounts to process Purchase Orders.
Regular Follow-ups with Suppliers with regards to Proformas and Delivery schedules, discrepancy cases etc.
Keep procurement records and files up to date.
Research and source new products and suppliers according to needs of customer.
Developing, implementing and managing the procurement functions and procedures. Requirement: 8-10 years experience as Estimator and Purchaser in an Industrial Kitchen and Laundry Equipment field. With Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration or related degree. Knowledge in AutoCad reading and using. Using MasterChef Software is an advantage. Ability to plan, organize and monitor the project from tender stage up to completion. Ability to communicate with various external and internal stakeholders in both oral and written. UAE Drivers license.

How to Use Keywords in Your Resume
ATS software is not always accurate. So when you’ve found the keywords to put on your resume, you need to include them clearly so that the ATS can read them.
Don’t: Embed resume keywords in images or use fancy fonts.
Do: Use standard fonts and avoid images in favor of plain text.

 

Include a Mix of Skills, Qualifications, and Industry-specific Words
The ideal keywords to include in your resume should be related to soft skills and hard skills.
Other keywords include any certifications you have — as long as they’re specified in the job listing.
For instance, if the job ad for a web developer role mentions “programming languages,” your skills section might look like this:
C++
Java
Python
TypeScript
These languages are good examples of industry-specific terminology. Only people specializing in IT are likely to know what “TypeScript” is.
It’s important to use job-specific resume keywords so that the hiring manager knows you’re familiar with the industry — even if you’re looking for an entry-level job.
Including these words shows you’ve done at least the minimum amount of research, and have an interest in the field.
Also, use synonyms to increase the variety of keywords on your resume. A “programmer” should also refer to themself as a “coder” because these two words mean roughly the same thing, and you never know exactly what terms have been programmed into the ATS.
