An electrical and lighting wholesale company is looking for:
SALES EXECUTIVE (4-5 Years of experience in electrical sales)
SALES ASSISTANT (1-3 years of experience)
You Will Be Reporting To:
The General Manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain relationship with suppliers/customers by email and telephone
Inquire prices from the local market and negotiating on price and delivery time
Preparation of quotations for customers
Taking orders from retail, trade and industry.
Co-ordination with customer to ensure timely delivery of orders
Order preparation including packaging, delivery notes, invoices and related documentation
Storekeeping duties (Receiving/Stocking/Arranging transportation for larger items)
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
– Previous experience in Electrical Sales in the UAE is a MUST.
– General knowledge of switches, MCBs, MCCBs, isolators, industrial sockets, relays, exhaust and ceiling fans, PVC and GI pipes and conduits and cables (Flexible/armored) is expected
– Proficient in MS Office suite (Word and Excel) , Email, Internet
– Attention to detail is a MUST.
EXTRA QUALIFICATIONS (The following are not requirements but are considered a plus):
– Arabic language knowledge
– UAE Driver License
OFFICE HOURS
Saturday-Thursday, 8am-1pm and 4-8pm
