Showroom Sales Executive

Responsibilities and Duties
•Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering them assistance
•Handle new customer and obtain his/her information and fill up Customer Registration Form and update CRM throughout the course
•Obtain appointment date for Surveyor from Sales Support for first visit and site Qualification Reports
•Provide the AutoCAD drawings with the help of designer based on the client’s requirement.
•Monitor and follow up progress of each tasks and make sure it’s delivered within time frame
•Coordinate with all stakeholder whenever required
•Maintain and achieve sales target as communicated by the Line Manager from time to time
•Advises customers by providing information on products
•Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
Qualifications and Skills
•Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
•Minimum 2-3 years experience in showroom sales
•Previous experience in working in the field of Modular Kitchen will be an advantage.
•Good Computer Skills – MS Word, MS Excel & MS Powerpoint
•Should be confident to speak with the client
•Ability to work under pressure
•Listening skills
•Should be capable of building trusting relationships
•Flexibility to work on various shifts
•Any Graduate/Diploma degree
•Age: 25-35
•Nationality: Any nationality who can speak Arabic fluently.
