CLEANING SUPERVISOR:
Required MALE or FEMALE SUPERVISOR for a company with the following Responsibilities:
1. The applicant should have valid UAE driving licenses.
2. The applicant should have previous experience in a cleaning environment.
3. Will be reporting to the Operations Manager.
4. To have a complete knowledge of how to operate all cleaning equipment and machinery.
5. Monitor all cleaning chemicals and machineries allocated in each boutique.
6. Supervise all the Boutiques, Residential department, Commercial department, F&B locations, Retails and so on.
7. Monitor all the areas if cleaned as per company standard.
8. Establish and maintain staff schedules.
9. Maintain staff attendance logs and do daily work sheet and KPI’s for submission to the OPERATIONS MANAGER every week.
10. To monitor staffs hygiene such as UNIFORMS, APRONS, BAGS, SHOES, HAIRCUT, NAILS, BRACELETS AND EARRINGS.
11. Handle all client queries, complaints and comments to ensure client satisfaction in a timely manner.
12. You required to be very creative and alternate thinking to develop new ideas for and answers to work related problems.
13. To be pleased with the staffs on the job and displaying a good natured, co-operative attitude.
14. You should ideally have a basic office skills and good interpersonal skills.
15. Good command of written and spoken English communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities are essentials.
16. You will work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
17. Carry out additional tasks as instructed by management.
