There are 2 main parts to the position which are as follows; Redefine, re-evaluate and implement new HR policies/procedures/administration/payroll management. Talent Acquisition & Talent Development.
With this in mind, the right candidate for this position will be a strong HR Generalist with a proven track record in implementing change through policies and procedures, a capable people manager and a driven and experienced talent acquisition specialist that is able to manage positions at any level, including board level positions. To be considered for this position you must be degree educated and have at least 12 years overall HR experience, 5 of which at a management level and preferably within a group of companies including India. Only candidates with exceptional communication and presentation skills will be considered.
Requirements: Post Graduation Educated in HR. Minimum 12 years of experience. Minimum 5 years of manager experience. Strong understanding of evaluating and implementing HR Policies/Procedures and Payroll in both India and UAE. Excellent knowledge of Talent Acquisition & Talent Development. Arabic is a bonus but not essential. Package: 12k-14K.
