We are looking for Travel Consultant with experience in AMADEUS and Galileo system. Description:1. Provide excellent customer service both in person and by phone/email 2. Handling inbound and outbound calls for passengers regarding visa, flight tickets and holiday packages3.Handling customers’ travel, visa, flights, and hotel booking enquiries especially customized packages.4. Handling corporate clients, follow up the LPO to them.5. Responsible for issued ticket for invoicing.6. Making itineraries, Handle ticketing issuance, and new reservations.7. Conclude sales and make bookings in Galileo system, Saber and online account. 8. Other potential engagements in other work areas with the Company 9. Dealing with suppliers from around the world to resolve these queries.10. Selling tourism packages, Air ticket, Hotel, Car, Insurance and Vacation Packages to customers.11. Communicate with clients, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders and address complaints.12. Handling Post Booking queries like seat assignment / baggage inquiries / date change / cancellations.
