Extensive areas in contract drafting and contract negotiation in construction and design and build projects as well as overall management of contracts and contracts disputes throughout the construction term. Involved in Monthly Interim Particular Claims Submission, analyzing financial and physical progress reports and Procurement Contracts, Review professional indemnity policies to include endorsements and exclusions provisions. Commercial cost control, set budgeting, contract procedures and cost planning. Responsible to table all procurement proposals to the Tender Award Committee Approval so as to commence various works packages. Geographic Experience: United Arabs Emirates.
