Currently we are looking for Specialist – Human Resource to join our Company with minimum 3-4 years of experience in UAE who are familiar with following duties & responsibilities:
Job for Specialist – Human Resource
1. Complete management of Human Resource System (software) (Fully utilizes Human Resources software to the company’s advantage.
2. Performance Management
3. HR policies and procedures (creation to its implementation)
4. Employee exit management
5. Payroll Management through HRMS
6. Building on the standard operating procedures (SOP)’s on the responsibilities performed
7. MIS reporting.
8. HR communication across the company.
9. Health and safety
10. Foster team work and assist in other functions within the HR department.
Skills and Competencies
• Thorough knowledge in PMS, Payroll Management, Compensation and Benefit, job evaluation & job grading.
Education
• Post-graduation in Human Resource required
• 3-4 years of Human resource experience in the UAE and at-least 2 years outside UAE. Out of which at-least one year working experience in a similar role in the UAE.
