Planning & Organizing Plan and make customer calls, Generate business leads, prepare call reports.
Adopt a planned approach to customer relationship keeping in view the sales objectives.
Plan and lead sales promotions/campaigns, Run an assigned corporate business campaign with optimum results.
Customer Service Establish and maintain a working rapport with customers by providing expertise in the analysis of financial needs and the application of bank’s products and services,
Client and account services delivered as per the bank set business standard,
Client and account complaints are handling and managed as high priority and to ensure the resolution within set TAT, with utmost Customer satisfaction, Co-ordinate customer-bank interactions regarding bank products and services.
Ensure timely processing of high-quality credit proposals by the team for existing and potential customers through compilation and analysis of complete borrower information.
Relationship management of assigned Affluent/Retail/Executive Banking, portfolio.
Business Results Identify prospective opportunities, actively market such prospects and negotiate with customers for obtaining their business and maintain follow-ups.
Achieve set financial targets, actively consistent performance essential with the balanced and targeted growth of business in the assigned region.
Internal Practices & Processes Ensure all lending and transactions are in compliance with Bank credit policies and procedures, Central Bank and other regulations.
Prepare credit applications identifying the market risk, financial risk and mitigate the same by recommending appropriate terms and conditions.
Performance Management Achieve and meet the set KPI’s consistently on monthly basis, with superior customer service and effective profitable financial results.
• University Graduate with 1 year banking experience
• Sales and Relationship Management skills are essential
• Corporate sales and relationship skills preferred and recommended
• Bilingual communication skills Effective verbal / written in Arabic and English essential
• Ability to develop business plans to support goals and strategic objectives
• Good knowledge of financial markets, local and potential target market and customers
• Excellent knowledge of banking products and services
• Good knowledge of Banking & Operational Policies & Procedures universal
• Flexibility to handle various tasks and responsibilities in a busy work environment.
• Problem-solving ability and sound decision-making skills
• Team Player and must support with ability to manage special assignments.
