Due to business growth, we are seeking to hire an "Account Manager" to join our team.
Job Responsibilities: Analyzing the medical claims data to provide proper and accurate feedback to the client on denials and rejections with reasons for such rejection. Understand, complete business processes of company within different departments to ensure efficient client service. Analyze & Ensure the claims submitted by the clients for billing is as per (DHA/HAAD) billing methodology and in compliance with the regulators. Review the CQM's (Claim Query Management) posted by the operation staff and revert back with timely response in coordination with the client. Review and check on the inter department communication sent on various issues before sending it to the client to ensure accuracy of the facts presented.
Skills & experience desired: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in any Science or Business Administration. Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic is Mandatory. Driving License is Mandatory.
