He/she is responsible for a friendly, efficient and professional service in the restaurant and guarantees a maximum satisfaction of the guests. The Waiter/Waitress serves passengers with drinks and food, keeps menus clean, maintains cleanliness and explains the dishes to the guests. The waiter/waitress reports directly to the Restaurant Manager.
