Job :
-To check all machinery and tools
-To check the book balances, with the actual physical stock
-To update the system on daily basis
-To exercise general control over all activities in Stores
Department
-To make sure to always keep spare parts/tools/goods
-To be in charge of receiving goods from the supplier, take quantity and quality of the goods, making inspection report and give the item code and kept in proper place.
-To update the stock list based on the new deliveries
-To follow up on materials delivery / Driver
-To exercise general control on all companies vehicles.
