Accounts Assistant Preferably Filipino Female

1. Cash, Bank and General Accounting
2. Processing receipts, dealing petty cash and writing cheques
3. Process payments as well as documents like invoices
4. Receive statements/balance confirmations from supplier/contractor and ensure reconciliation of balances
5. Collect, analyse and summarize account information
6. Record and file cash payment & bank payment, cash and deposit receipts
7. To maintain and reconcile cash / financial accounts
8. Assist in monthly accounts closing and preparation of schedules
9. Track expenses as they relate to specific projects and jobs
10. Review employee expenses and make reimbursements
Qualification: BS Accountancy
Experience: Preferably with 1-2 years UAE experience (Construction Company)
Required Skills: Accounting, Reporting Skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Account Software & database)
Should possess good Communication skills and be a good team player.
Positive attitude, highly motivated and with an attention for detail
