Collection Officer

Required Collection Officer Requirements: Bachelor's Degree. Proven experience as debt collector. Required driving license with driving experience of all emirates. Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines. Working knowledge of MS Office and databases. Excellent communication and people skills. Good in negotiating and persuading. Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence. 3-5 years of experience. Able to speak English, Hindi & Arabic. Not Older than 35 years.
Responsibilities: Maintain clients' data containing agreement terms and conditions. Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts. Provide continuous follow up with clients for their due payments and collection of payments. Develop relationships with debtors when possible to avoid future issues. Update account status and database regularly. Ensure payments from clients are collected promptly and when due comes. Conduct proper follow up on pending payment collections with customers. Arrange and conduct meetings with customers to assure collections can be made when due date comes. Deliver invoices and Coordinates to resolve issues related to invoices. Locate and contact debtors to inquire about their payment status. Able to Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
