Job Responsibilities: Develop strategies to the position, promote and build scale for our products/bands through e-commerce channels across UAE. Develop & implement efficient plan to build volume and generate sales; build stronger and dedicated networks to promote quality of products and expand into newer segments. Prepare roadmap & strategy to develop our brands in a e- commerce platform. Regularly conduct market research and compile market information on customer preferences. Conduct due diligence on prospective business partners and present to Line Manager for reviews & approvals. Monitor individual sales target and ensure achievement of the same. Plan & implement event schedule in coordination with Marketing/Sales team for product campaigns/ trade marketing/ product launch program. Managing integration between websites and the email marketing system. Making sure all online content is consistent, adheres to brand guidelines and is legal and correct. Manage Key accounts and identify new potential customers.
Retail & Commerce: Contributes strong business strategies to develop sales and retain our company-client relationships at a high standard. Use marketing plans and marketing calendar to create relevant ideas and information for website content. Make suggestions to enhance websites based on existing circumstances, web stat reports, market trends and technological advancements. Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience. Coordinate with other departments within the company to make adequate preparation for their business execution
Qualifications: More than 5years experience in retail sales, e commerce & category Knowledge of import procedures and consumer preference. Knowhow in MS office & any ERP package. Strong Analytical and decision-making skills. Communication and presentation skills. Proficient in English and computer skills.
