Responsibilities:
• Undertake design project from concept to completion Including Plans, sections, elevations and details.
• Have Experience in F&B, retail and Office projects.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities.
• Prepare graphic design presentations and artwork.
• Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”
• Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
• Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
• Supervise work progress
• Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices
• Developing initial ideas and acquiring key information about potential projects, discussing requirements in detail with clients (the brief)
• Understanding clients’ needs and the needs of the people using the building,
• Developing design concepts in consultation with the client and establishing final briefs;
• Preparing detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models and schemes, often using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
