The position of retail salesperson(electrical) consists of helping customers to find what they are looking for in the establishments and trying to interest them in buying the merchandise.
Tasks:
 Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise; Demonstrate use or operation of merchandise; Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers; Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs; Following up and tracking orders/deliveries for customers Following up with customers by telephone or other suitable means to ensure an optimal service is provided; Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices; Maintain records related to sales; Place special orders or call other stores to find desired items; Prepare sales slips or sales contracts; Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
