TO DO :

– Responsible for the day-today reception & accounts work
– Handling the front-desk, assisting accounts team and extend support to management.
– Well Knowledge on Microsoft Office.
– Managing and updating information accordingly in the CRM system.
– Preparation of Payroll and doing basic HR duties.
– Maintaining the strong filing system of the company
– Directing queries to designated person in time.
– Prepare correspondence and documents.

– Tidy and maintain the reception area.

SHOULD HAVE:
– Good telephone etiquette
– Well versed with reception and accounting duties
– Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English is a must.
– Knowledge in Accounting.
– Experienced of 1-2 Years preferred.
