Health Club Supervisor

We are looking for a Health Club Supervisor who will support and drive the team to achieve excellent customer service standards. He needs to ensure the smooth running of the club and that health and safety standards are met. You will be required to ensure that all the staff within your department are adequately trained and developed in line with company policy. You will actively guide and assist the whole team to ensure consistency of brand standards and a high level of performance and service delivery. You will need to be flexible with working hours. You should have at least 2 to 5 years experience on working in a high volume health club and recreation facility.
