A Dubai Based HVAC Contracting Company looking for the Experienced HVAC Project Sales and Estimation Engineer on Profit Sharing .
Main Task and Responsibility
1: An ability to sell any Equipment or product or to attain contractual projects with great technical, communication and negotiation skills.
2: Experience in complete (from bringing new business opportunities to making quotations, following-up with vendors, completing Tenders/Bids, submitting them to client/consultant/contractor, replying to all Technical queries and closing-up the deals successfully).
3: Completed Extensive experience and aptitude in sales strategies and price negotiations.
4: Ability to holds all the meetings with the Clients.
5: Ability to combine technical knowledge with sales.
• Superior skill in selling HVAC Projects, Service and Support Maintenance and AMC Contracts.
• Exceptional track-record in business sector MEP sales for Business/Commercial & Industrial Sectors.
Requirements:
1. Must be holding a Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the Field.
2: Must having experience in Project Designing (Auto Cad) and Estimation.
3. Must have a good experience in Sales and Marketing
4. Preferred a candidate who has an experience with the same industry
5: Valid UAE Driving License
6: 4-5 Years UAE Experience.
