Duties & Responsibilities:
1.Provide assistance to Group HR Director to ensure compliance with the human resource policies relating to all areas of human resources.
2.Working closely with various departments assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
3.Handle confidential information, coordinating and assisting in HR projects.
4.Working independently as well as in close collaboration with the HR team.
5.Maintains the HR database and generates requested reports to assist management.
6.Developing, establishing & negotiating the best ‘cost-effective’ rate with “Recruitment Sources’ / Recruitment Partners to gather CV’s.
7.Self correspondence, prepare letters, memorandums, reports & warning letters according to UAE law, termination letters & internal memos etc.
8.Developing with line managers HR planning strategies which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements.
9.Planning, and sometimes delivering, training – including inductions for new staff.
Minimum Requirements:
1.Post graduate in HR related field.
2.Minimum 2-4 years of UAE experience as HR officer preferably from construction industry.
3.Salary Range between AED 5,000/- to AED 6000/- (Negotiable as per experience)
4.Candidates who can join within a week and on Father/Husband sponsorship visa will be preferred.
