Job Profile:
To be in charge of complete site land surveying designated project. He should have experience in co-ordination with Client / Consultant / Sub-contractors.
Detailed Roles & Responsibilities:
 Provides setting out points and elevations need for construction.
 Volume calculation and make contour points.
 Excavation supervision and all kind of foundation setting out.
 Assisting Engineers and Project Managers, work manager for completion of works in time.
Cable networks, Sewer lines, Roads setting out and supervision.
All kind of finishing works like screed level checking, partition wall marking, vertical alignment of lift wall checking, tiles locations and level checking.
All kinds of drawing checking and convince with consultant regarding site problems.
In-charged of providing field survey to construction department.
Lay out of high rise building.
Deal with surveyor for checking the level of underground pipes and records same.
Preparation and keeping all as-built survey records for submission to the consultant for approval.
Responsible in giving survey information on site.
Setting out center line points for road works.
Curb stone elevations for road.
Ensure that all survey equipment is calibrated & status of calibration is identified as per QA/QC procedure/specification.
Co-ordinate with design engineer/draughtsman for the preparation of setting out/survey drawing and submission for Engineer approval.
Knowledge of all High Voltage Cable Installation 11kV to 400 kVAs – From excavation to laying of cables of all diameters, backfilling and reinstatement.
Cable route site surveys and supervision of cable joints for MV and LV cables and record site survey reports.
Evaluate the project construction to ensure compliance with Government (DEWA, ADDC, Dubai/ Abu Dhabi municipality) standards for electrical works.
Submit data sheet for daily, weekly, monthly reports to Project Engineer/ Project Manager.
Qualification requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil – Mandatory Requirement
Core working knowledge in MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint – Mandatory Requirement.
1-2 years of experience in electrical design, supervision and installations field.
Fluency in English and Hindi.
