To work closely with the application development team, data quality team and training manager to ensure interviewer quality and application efficiency are maximized and in-line with project objectives. Daily monitoring and formal reporting of project progress, status and performance. Support and oversee the quality of training material and all related training sessions. Troubleshooting of any and all project related issues including fieldwork logistics, stakeholder permissions, data quality.
