We are urgently looking for a CAMP BOSS / ACCOMMODATION IN-CHARGE who meets the following requirements;
– At least 2 years experience in managing labour accommodation.
– Can handle the coordination of maintenance, cleaning, and other facility issues.
– Can maintain records and reports of all accommodation activities and report to management if need be.
– Can assume responsibility for maintaining standard first aid supplies and camp security.
– Liaise with HR & Admin Department.
– Understands the requirements of the camp inmates through continuous interaction & facilitating in arranging the infrastructure needs.
– Instills discipline among the camp inmates.
– Monitors & controls the illegal & unethical activities in the labour camp.
