We are a construction contracting company in Dubai seeking for an HR Officer cum PRO who can overlook all aspects of Human Resources practices and serving as a link between the management and employees and also play the role of a Public Relations Officer to undertake all activities for timely processing of various official and legal documents.
Responsibilities:
• Organize periodic renewal of Company Licenses / Trade Licenses etc
• Submission of correct documentation to the Ministry Of Labour for work permit applications, visa applications etc.
• Submission of correct documentation to obtain various company licenses and efficient collection of Licenses to take place when completed
• Take, submit & collect all necessary documentation in order to organize all Employee official paper works.
• Arrange medical tests, passports, memos, promotional draws and fine resolution of all company employees.
• Updating and maintaining the employee database eg. Scanning of passports, labour contracts, labour cards, visa details, educational certificates etc in individual hardcopy HR records.
• Assisting employees and managers with day to day HR/PRO related queries.
• Represent the Company at various external departments such as the Police Station, Airport, Hotels, Embassies, Ministries/Municipalities, Banks & other significant departments & in accordance with services such as mobile & landline phone services (connections/disconnections/repairs), mail, electricity, etc.
• Dealing with corporate office for the (Immigration & Labour) works.
• Applying For Work Permit for the new recruits.
• Applying for the Visas for employees
• Updating and tracking the total manpower status of the company and assisting managers to recruit staff as and when required
• Handling the Emirates ID and medical for the visa process (New Visas & Renewal)
• Checking the Emirates ID status till reach to the Employees
• Management of visa cancellations and other paperwork for leaving employees.
• Capability to build good relationship with the people in Govt offices like Immigration, labour office and medical centers.
• Updating the system with the latest roles of the Immigration & Labour Offices
• Handling the health Insurance (New & Renewal & Modification & Deletion) as its mandatory now for the visa process
• Assisting in Manpower hiring/recruitment and staffing
• Providing induction to new joiners and ensuring smooth integration into company
Minimum Requirements:
• Should possess strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
• Minimum 5 years UAE experience in similar position
• Administration skills
• Good Oral & written Arabic and English language skills
• Should have valid UAE Driver’s License
