We are looking for Site Supervisor and Foreman with UAE Driving License in the field of Interior Design and Fit Out. Applicants only with experience in same field can apply.
• Wanted graduate engineer with knowledge of handling interior décor full fit out works at sites from start to completion.
• Supervise Production & installation onsite .Read and demonstrate technical drawings, control and ensure quality standards on completed works.
• Ensuring that all specifications are followed and that materials ordered are followed up on.
• Need to also ensure that the Foreman have a daily task breakdown to carry out and maintain a record of works.
• Managing all parts of the interior fit out projects by planning the work and efficiently use all resources in organizing the site.
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials planning the work and efficiently by organizing the site in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Setting out, leveling and surveying the site Ensuring work and materials meet agreed specifications, budgets or timelines.
• Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings implement safety precautions on site and create healthy atmosphere Supervising and fit out workmanship during regular site inspections.
