Job Specification:
The candidate is required to provide prompt and efficient responses to the client queries on phone & email, while maintaining consistent level of business support to the customers. She will be mainly involved in the following activities:
Job :
• Responding to telephone calls to the customers by providing appropriately requested information.
• Promptly responding to the email enquiries using Microsoft Outlook within the specified time.
• Managing Clients Database using CRM system and controlling their documentation as per requirements.
• Generation of weekly and monthly reports of customer database from CRM.
• Providing administrative support to the management team.
Education and Experience Required:
• Minimum graduate
• Must have 3+ years relevant experience
• Must be proficient in MS Office
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills.
