We are looking for an experienced OPERATION MANAGER with the following responsibilities:
1. The applicant should have valid UAE driving licenses.
2. Minimum Five year’s experience in cleaning or related service industry.
3. Have a complete knowledge of the company’s Manuals/process/circulars and keep up-to-date of the latest developments in the company’s products.
4. Monitor and supervise your full operations team on a daily basis.
5. Monitor performance and implement improvements. Ensure quality of products. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity.
6. Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery. Provide technical support where necessary.
7. Manage customer support.
8. Preparing and training your people to make skilled leadership, effective teamwork, smooth changes, and exceptional customer service in a daily reality.
9. Ensure Customer Complaints are dealt with effectively and resolved promptly within the AMC.
10. Conduct assessment of the customer service standards at OFFICE and put measures in place for improvement where necessary
11. Regular meetings with Managing director about operational planning.
12. Effective support to the Company from you and your support staff to contribute to company’s Growth and Profitability.
13. Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
14. Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
15. Put forward suggestions for system corrections and improvement of procedures with a view to providing enhanced security and control.
16. Surprise checks occasionally are done on inventory, staff and their work.
17. Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
18. Plan and support sales and marketing activities.
19. Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
20. Performance and attendance issues are addressed at the correct time, in accordance with the company policies & procedures.
21. Oversee the implementation of the human resources policies, procedures and practices including the development of job description for all staff.
22. Work with staff and the Board (Finance Committee) to prepare a comprehensive budget.
23. Work with the Board to secure adequate funding for the operation of the organization.
24. Aware of HR Policies and procedures.
25. Motive staff for better performance.
26. Conduct Staff meetings monthly to educate the staff on company Manuals and process.
