A Group of Companies in UAE is looking for Production Manager
Responsibilities:
-Extensive knowledge in joinery and polishing
-Ability to plan and organize production schedules
-Overseeing Production process
-Determining and implementing Quality Control Standards
-Handle all production activities, training and manpower
-Inventory controls
-Liaison with Purchase Manager to ensure sufficient stock of raw materials available for production.
-Ensuring smooth in and out flow of raw materials and finish goods
-Ensuring production is cost effective by implementing best-costing methods with coordination of finance dept.
-Ensures that health and safety guidelines are followed.
-Reviewing workers performances and report performance to Human Resources Dept.
