Senior Project Manager

A group of companies in UAE is looking for Senior Project Manager for our Fit-Out Division.
-Minimum of 8 years of extensive experience in Architecture/ —Engineering/ Fit Out and Turnkey projects in UAE
-Ability to coordinate with contractors, designers, and client representatives
-Resource/Project planning
-Able to manage, organize and present different projects at the same time
-Having an excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Manage the complete project from scratch up to site hand-over
-Prepare, Follow-up on BOQ + variations
-Coordinate with procurement (For Sub-contractors & Materials)
-Prepare the project timeline
-Develop project budgets and fiscal control, contract, quality control/safety provisions and perform cost estimating and value engineering
-Monitor actual progress on site
-Conduct Daily visits on all sites to ensure adherence to quality health & safety regulations
-Evaluate and certify invoices received from contractors
-UAE Driving License
-Licensed Architect
-Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Application (MS Word, MS Excel) and Internet Surfing.
