To take periodic rounds in the plant to ensure that GMP systems are under control
To carry out the Inspection of the Raw material at the time of receipt, if any non-conformances observed implement a CAPA immediately.
Routine monitoring of the Temperature and the hygienic standards of the warehouse and stores at random intervals.
To co-ordinate with the logistics department and carry out the random hygiene checks as required and maintain the set standards.
To monitor the preventive maintenance records of the equipment’s and check for the functionality and raise maintenance requisition if any non-conformance observed.
To support implementation of GMPs through decent, firm, logical, scientific, factual, unbiased and assertive interactions.
To prepare Standard Operating Procedures, related to the Hygiene and Quality Control Department.
Handling Customer audits and complaints
To face Third Party/Regulatory audits
Outbound inspection of the products delivered to end user.
