Female Philipino Admin Asst / Secretary required.
The candidate should have the following responsibility:-
Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
Managing daily / weekly / monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments of the CEO
Prepare minutes of meeting
Manage / maintain Commercial Invoices / daily accounts and other documents
Checking emails and give them appropriate reply
Follow up with clients
Maintaining Office Documents and related files in soft copy as well as hard copy
The candidate should have the following requirements :-
Proficient in MS Office packages (Excel with pivot / Word / PPT / email etc)
Basic accounting knowledge
Should have well typing skill
Capable to maintain the office environment
Should have good communication skill both in verbal and writing English (min) to interact with customers
High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
Multi tasking abilities
Soft spoken & well groomed must
2-3 years Dubai job experience is a must.
