A well reputed Dubai based water company needs a distribution in charge. Company main products are 5 gallon poly carbonate water bottles and PET bottles (1.5 liter, 500ml & 300ml).
Job Responsibilities:
• organizing deliveries of products to the customers
• coordinating drivers, vehicles, loads and journeys
• operating ERP systems and updating the customers data base
• negotiating and agreeing contracts
• developing and confirming schedules
• preparing paperwork for regulatory bodies
• liaising with and managing staff and shifts
• monitoring stock
• ensuring customer satisfaction with timely and streamlined deliveries of products
Candidate Profile:
• Must have a bachelor degree in management or any related faculty
• Must have a valid UAE driving license
• Must have good team work and management skills
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English and Urdu/Hindi
• Proficient in Microsoft office/Outlook.
