Qualified candidates with 3 years or more of local experience in handling project documentation in construction sector may apply.
Communication and Computer skills are essential for the right candidate. Degree / Diploma holder with project related experience are preferred.
UAE driving license will be advantageous.
Job Responsibility:
• To maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Supporting the team in the production and formatting of project documentation.
• Coordinating with Project team to the customer, ensuring submissions are returned on time.
• Create professional documentation to a very high standard is essential with particular focus on accuracy and care.
• Diary management for self and Head of the department using software as directed.
• Filing, photocopying, monitoring and controlling stationery stock levels.
• Any other duties, as assigned from time to time on Projects.
