Currently we are looking for a Civil Engineer with minimum 10 years experience in UAE + Home Country.

The ideal candidate should have;
More than 10 years experience as Civil engineer including home country.
Ability to design construction projects by studying project concept, architectural drawings, and models.
Ability to determine project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs
Ability to prepare engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules.
Additional Job Responsibilities:
Supervision/Execution, checking & assuring that the construction is as per the final issued construction drawings and project specifications.
Setting out the works in accordance with the drawings and specification Liaising with the project planning engineer regarding construction programmes.
Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements.
Observance of safety requirements Resolving technical issues with employer’s representatives, suppliers, subcontractors and statutory authorities Quality control in accordance with CSIs/procedures method statements, quality plans and inspection and test plans, all prepared by the project management team and by subcontractors .
Liaising with company or project purchasing department to ensure that purchase orders adequately define the specified requirements.
Measurement and valuation (in collaboration with the project quantity surveyor where appropriate)
Providing data in respect of variation orders and site instructions
Preparing record drawings, technical reports, site diary Job review of subordinate staff Monthly reconciliation of the materials.
Arrangement of materials and labors. Conversant with Architectural & Structural drawings. Making Daily & Weekly progress reports

Resume Keyword Practices to Avoid
We’ve established that using resume keywords throughout your application boosts your chances of a human hiring manager seeing it.
However, be careful not to overdo it.
Packing your resume full of keywords is almost as bad as not including any at all.
Don’t forget that a real person will (hopefully) see your resume at some point. So use natural language that engages that person.
Tip
Make sure you balance hard skills vs soft skills on your resume to show you’re a rounded candidate.
Otherwise, they’ll think you’re either a bad writer — which indicates your communication skills aren’t good — or assume you’re trying to beat the ATS, making you seem dishonest.

And even if you make it through to the interview, expect to be pressed with some tough questions about your skills.
