CLEANING SUPERVISOR:
Required CLEANING SUPERVISOR for a company with the following Responsibilities:
1. Train new employees and Assign duties.
2. Inspect work and investigate complaints regarding cleaning service and equipment and take corrective action.
3. To have the overall responsibility for the practical organisation of the day to day cleaning operation.
4. Supervises housekeeping services including cleaning, mopping, scrubbing, sanitizing, etc., in stairways, hallways, offices and so on.
5. Establish and maintain housekeeping schedules and assign employees to areas for various housekeeping duties.
6. Maintain staff attendance logs and time sheets for submission to the OPERATIONS MANAGER every week.
7. To ensure that all Health & Safety procedures are followed, in accordance with UAE COUNTRY guidelines.
8. Motivate and encourage staff to work efficiently and achieve a high standard of work.
Skills and qualities required:
• Previous experience in a cleaning environment
• Previous experience of managing a team
• The ability to implement and adhere to standards and procedures
• Basic office skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Smart appearance and professional manner
• Flexibility, with the ability to work under pressure
• Demonstrate a high level of discretion and confidentiality
