One of our client is looking for a General Manage to manage its chain of restaurants & outlets. The main objective of the role is to manage, control, supervise and develop all aspect departments including revenue & sales, Operation, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources & Training, procurement & purchasing & cost. Planning & developing restaurants and putting strategic plans for the expansion of the Company.
Operations & Controls:
• Controlling & Managing all outlets & Restaurant Managers
• Controlling HR, Sales & Marketing & other operation departments
• Creating & Implementing Operational manuals, policies, systems and procedures to achieve process improvement, maximize financial results and develop as well retain outstanding team members/associates.
• Ensuring the best quality of food, beverages and all type of products and services
• Leading the day-to-day guest service operations of the restaurants directly responsible for the F&B Division
• Conducting and scheduling effective training programs geared to enhance service and operations personnel
• Ensuring the delivery of superior customer service through close monitoring and motivation of responsible team members/ associates
• Reinforcing staff adherence to uniform, grooming and appearance standard as well as safety, security and sanitation procedures
Planning & Development:
• Prepare & monitor the company business strategic plan and operations budget along with all stakeholders
• Develop new concept & menu planning according to the market demand
• Prepare annual business plan (including manpower budget, sales & marketing budget) & monitor the achievement
• Menu planning, engineering & costing to meet different concepts
• Preparing & presenting studies for new restaurant concepts
• Focus on driving revenue and increasing sales
Sales & Marketing:
• Prepare & execute annual marketing & media plan in line with the budget
• Co-ordinate with local marketing & advertising agencies
• Maintain good customer relation and resolving any possible customer complains
• Negotiate with potential supplier for co-marketing and sponsorship deals and promotions
• Participates actively in selling the company restaurants products and services to personal involvement with all potential corporate & individual customers
Others:
• Co-ordinates with other government authorities, Mall Management, (Landlords for restaurant)
• Prepare monthly competition check report and performance and scope of improvement
• Suggest potential location for expansion and new concept development.
