REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Deputy Manager Visitor Experience.
• Previous management, supervisor or team leader experience of at least 5 years
• Experience in hospitality or heritage.
• Fluent written and spoken English plus one other language.
• Experience training a team in customer service.
• Interest in Art and Culture
Facilitators.
• Previous experience in Hospitality or Heritage.
• Fluent written and spoken English plus one other language.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience handling difficult situations.
• Interest in Art and Culture.
Assistant Security Manager
• Must possess a background from a reputed shopping Mall / 5 *Hotel.
• Minimum three years Commercial operations Assistant Security Management experience.
• Able to write, modify and communicate policies and procedures and SOP’s.
• Professional international Security Management qualifications would be a bonus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working under extreme stress.
Cleaning Supervisors
• At least 4-5 years’ experience in a similar position in the FM industry.
• Excellent communication skills including writing reports, liaising with clients and handling a team.
• BICSc training preferred.
• Supervise the team to ensure all job orders are completed on schedule.
• Provide training to the team on modern custodial methods, materials, and equipment principles of sanitation and safety in custodial work; proper use and care of mechanical cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Candidates who are immediately available are preferred.
