F & B Merchandise Executive

* Liaise and meet supplier.
* Manage Supplier accounts related to their area.
* Accountable to category KPI’s (Revenue, Profit, Category, Rebates..)
* In-charge of Marketing Activities.
* Build and setup F & B range (Menu, Price list, Promotion, Listing new items).
* Conduct store visits to monitor the Food Service Program & Performance.
* Train the Store Team on Food Service Program.
* At least 4 – 5 years’ experience in convenience stores and F & B.
* European / CIS or Arabic National – Female Only
* Working knowledge of the products, consumer needs, buying practices, and retail environment related to merchandise category.
* Graduate with excellent co-ordination and planning skills
* Able to work under pressure.
* Local supplier information is must.
* Must be quick on action and willingness to be flexible and stretch hours and must possess high energy level & proven.
Excellent communication/ Presentation skills.
